EVENT COVID-19 RULES & GUIDELINES

-Three spectators per player for each team (children 12 and under do not count). Coaches must check in Saturday before you warm up for your first game at main gate for both days.

-All players, spectators & coaches must wear mask when entering the complex .

Tournament Rules

We will be utilize USA Softball Rules
Pool play is an hour and 20 min finish the inning
Bracket play is an hour and 20 finish to there is a winner
Per USA Softball of Arizona 10 batters allowed on Sunday with a EP and the DP/FLEX can be utilized where only 10 can bat but 11 will be in lineup/in the game.
Championship Game is 7 innings.

REFUND POLICY

All paid deposits will be fully refunded (minus processing fee) if you cancel 2 weeks prior to event. Cancellations or teams that drop 7-10 days before event will result in a partial 50 percent refund or 100 percent credit to future event. However, cancellations less than 7 days of event will result in forfeiture of registration fees and only a future 50 percent credit
