5GG Showcase Format

We are excited to start off the new year with our local college Winter Showcase on Jan 2nd- 3rd 2021! We will have strict COVID-19 rules and limited spectators for this event to make it safe as possible for all athletes, coaches, umpires and spectators.

The following colleges are committed and will be in attendance watching games:

• Phoenix College various assistant coaches

EVENT RULES, REGULATIONS & COVID-19 GUIDELINES 

-All teams must download waiver by clicking here and email it before 1/01/2021 to [email protected].

-All teams must email an updated 2021 insurance before 1/01/2021 to [email protected].

-Only one spectator per player for each team (city Parks & Recs representative will be out at event).

-Each team will be allowed 1 GoPro, Atheletes GoLive, or other streaming device spectator near the backstop this individual MUST wear mask at all times.

-All players, spectators and coaches must wear mask when entering the complex .

-Spectators are NOT  allowed to sit behind the back stop, in the outfield or the side of the dugout closest to the homeplate. (the opposite side of dugout near the baseline and outfield is fine).

-All players, coaches and spectators must wear masks when entering and exiting bathrooms.
